Important

Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose. Consider using a demonstration account first. The beta may fail even when configured correctly. Consult appropriately qualified independent advisers if you need help evaluating suitability, financial risk, or legal obligations.

1. Experimental beta

RTHMN Trade is experimental beta software, not a financial instrument. It is under active development and may change, contain defects, lose compatibility, or be suspended or discontinued. It is not intended for unattended, emergency, or mission-critical use. Use a demonstration account first.

2. Loss of capital

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the capital in your broker account and, depending on the broker, product, and applicable rules, losses may exceed the amount deposited.

3. Automated execution

When live execution is enabled, RTHMN Trade may submit, modify, or close orders without asking for confirmation before each action. A strategy can produce consecutive losses, behave differently in changing markets, or act at a time when you are not watching the terminal.

4. Stops and protective orders

Stop-loss, break-even, and other protective instructions reduce certain risks but do not guarantee an execution price or prevent loss. Fast markets, gaps, liquidity, slippage, rejected orders, broker rules, and outages may delay or prevent execution.

5. Technology and market data

Internet failures, differences between quote sources, stale or incorrect market data, software defects, clock differences, local device failures, cloud-service failures, beta updates, broker API changes, and service interruptions can cause missed, duplicate, delayed, or unintended actions. Updates may change configuration, strategy behavior, supported markets, or compatibility.

6. Hypothetical performance

Backtests, simulations, research reports, and historical examples have inherent limitations. They may omit or estimate spread, slippage, commissions, financing, latency, liquidity, rejected orders, and other live conditions. Past or hypothetical results do not guarantee future performance.

7. No advice or guaranteed outcome

RTHMN provides software and market-analysis technology, not individualized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. No indicator, model, Trend Hint, or automated system can guarantee profit or prevent loss.

8. Your broker and your control

Your broker, broker account, credentials, permissions, leverage, balances, and order execution remain under your control and subject to the broker's terms. Technical support for a broker is not an endorsement or a representation that the broker is lawful or appropriate for you. You are responsible for reviewing configuration, using appropriate risk limits, supervising operation, and stopping the software when appropriate.

9. Your developer key and credentials

If you enable TradeLocker API execution, you must obtain and use your own TradeLocker developer API key. RTHMN does not provide or share one. RTHMN never receives or retains your private broker credentials or TradeLocker developer key; the desktop keeps them on your device and communicates directly with TradeLocker. The RTHMN device credential, settings, and dedicated browser profile also remain locally. The settings file is permission-restricted but not represented as encrypted at rest. Keep every credential confidential and rotate or revoke anything exposed.

10. Different credential powers

The RTHMN device credential can request an authorized scanning session but cannot place broker trades. Your TradeLocker login and developer key are separate credentials used locally for broker access. Anyone who obtains a credential may be able to use the access it grants until you rotate or revoke it.

11. Independent services

RTHMN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in an official partnership with TradeLocker. TradeLocker, your broker, and RTHMN are independent services with separate terms, privacy practices, availability, and responsibilities.
