1. Scope

This Policy explains how RTHMN processes information when you use our websites, accounts, subscriptions, market-data services, analytical tools, and locally operated experimental Trade beta.

2. Information RTHMN processes

Account information. We process identifiers and profile information needed to create and secure your account, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication state, account status, and policy-acceptance records.

Subscription information. We process plan, subscription, entitlement, transaction-reference, and support information. Payment processors handle payment-card information under their own policies; RTHMN uses the resulting billing and subscription records.

Trade access information. For a Trade policy acceptance, we record your user ID, policy version, Terms version, risk-disclosure version, acceptance time, acceptance source, and limited user-agent information. For an RTHMN API key, we retain a one-way digest, a non-secret prefix, scopes, status, creation time, and last-used time. The complete RTHMN key is shown when created and is not stored by RTHMN in recoverable form.

Usage and technical information. We may process requested markets, normalized bid and ask prices, quote timestamps and sequences, pseudonymous device and feed identifiers, scanner session state, generated Trend Hints, feature interactions, IP address, device/browser information, security events, errors, and service logs needed to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

3. Private trading credentials never received by RTHMN

RTHMN never receives or retains your TradeLocker password, broker login, private broker credentials, TradeLocker developer API key, balances, positions, or order history. The Services are designed so those values remain on the device you control and never pass through RTHMN's servers.

The desktop keeps local execution settings, the revocable RTHMN device credential, and its dedicated browser profile on your device. When broker authentication is required, the desktop communicates directly with TradeLocker from your device. TradeLocker and your broker process that information under their own terms and privacy policies. RTHMN receives only the normalized market quotes and limited connection metadata described above.

Do not send broker credentials or complete API keys to RTHMN support. Removing the terminal’s local settings and browser profile removes those local copies; you should also rotate or revoke any credential that may have been exposed.

4. How we use information

  • authenticate users and maintain accounts;
  • provide subscriptions, entitlements, and market data;
  • issue, verify, and revoke RTHMN device and API credentials;
  • record current Trade-policy acceptance;
  • calculate, deliver, and maintain personalized Trend Hints;
  • operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Services;
  • provide support and essential service communications;
  • prevent abuse and enforce legal and contractual obligations;
  • comply with applicable law and valid legal process.

5. Sharing and service providers

We disclose information to infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, support, security, and analytics providers only as needed for their services; to advisers and transaction counterparties under appropriate duties; or when required by law, security, or protection of rights.

RTHMN does not receive broker credentials and therefore does not sell, share, or disclose them. Direct connections made by the local desktop to TradeLocker or your broker are interactions with those independent third parties, not disclosures of those credentials to RTHMN. RTHMN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in an official partnership with TradeLocker.

6. Retention

We retain server-side information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, protect accounts, maintain transaction and acceptance evidence, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We may retain de-identified information where permitted.

Inactive scanner diagnostics are removed after approximately 24 hours. Personalized Trend Hint history remains associated with the account while needed to provide history, prevent duplicate delivery, protect service integrity, or until the account is deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.

Local terminal information remains on your device until you edit or remove it, uninstall and delete its application data, or otherwise erase the local profile.

7. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including transport encryption for supported network connections, one-way hashing for stored RTHMN bearer keys, access controls, and security monitoring. On supported macOS releases, the terminal creates its settings file for owner-only access and a dedicated local browser-profile directory.

The local settings file is permission-restricted but is not described as encrypted at rest. No security measure is perfect. You are responsible for securing your device, operating-system account, backups, broker credentials, and API keys.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update account information, revoke RTHMN keys, cancel a subscription, remove local terminal data, and control optional communications through available account controls or by contacting us. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and Trade features require an adult capable of entering a binding agreement.

10. International processing and third-party services

RTHMN and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Broker, TradeLocker, payment, and other third-party services have separate geographic availability, legal obligations, and privacy practices that you must review.

11. Policy changes

We may revise this Policy to reflect product, security, operational, or legal changes. We will update the version and effective date and provide additional notice when required. A material Trade-related change may require a new recorded acceptance before Desktop access or scanning remains usable.
